1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our design services ("Services") provided by Graphics Sector ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Services
We provide custom logo design services tailored to your business needs. The scope of work, including the number of design concepts, revisions, and final deliverables, will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal.
3. Payment
3.1. Fees: The fees for our Services will be detailed in the project proposal. All payments must be made upfront before the commencement of any work.

4. Revisions
4.1. We offer a specified number of revisions as part of the design process. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
4.2. We have the right to deny the ability to purchase additional revisions at our discretion.
5. Ownership and Copyright
5.1. Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the final logo design for your business purposes.
5.2. We retain the right to use the final design and any preliminary designs for promotional and portfolio purposes.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback required to complete the project.
6.2. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for any third-party content provided to us.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Amount will be determined based on assets, templates, and time.
8.2. We reserve the right to terminate the project if you fail to comply with these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the final logo design, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will become effective upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
11. Refunds
12.1. If you do not agree to these terms you may contact us to recieve a full refund.
12.2. Full refunds may be issued to those who have yet completed a form or if work has not been started yet.
