It also helps with setting up a Google business profile.

A free 1 year custom domain name for any under $40 for the first year.

Some domain names may be unavailable.
Yearly renewal varies.

Hosting

Free hosting for the first year.
$30 USD annual renewal.
SSL / TLS to provide a high degree of privacy, SSL encrypts data that is transmitted across the web.

Maintenance

We charge a minimum $20 fee to make small changes to the website after the 3 reivisons. 
Small changes include, updating social media links, location, contact info.
Any major changes will be $20 per hour.

Initial Consultation
Discuss the client's vision, goals, and requirements.
Gather all necessary materials (content, images, branding).
Consultation Form

First Draft (Revision 1)
Present the initial design and layout based on the client's specifications.
Collect feedback on the design, structure, and functionality.
Note any major changes or additions.

Second Draft (Revision 2)
Implement changes from the first revision.
Refine design elements, navigation, and content placement.
Collect feedback on adjustments and any additional changes needed.

Final Version (Revision 3)
Address any last-minute issues or minor corrections.
Implement final changes and prepare the website for launch.
Optimize for SEO, check responsiveness, and test for cross-browser compatibility.
A final walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction.

Time
You will receive the first revision within 7 days. The final version will be complete within 14 days. 
Updates can take up to 72 hours to propagate, known as DNS propagation. 
Although I can make most changes to the website almost instantly after it's online.
